Eligibility For D. Pharmacy


Minimum qualification for admission to Diploma in Pharmacy:

  • Passing any of the following examinations with Physics, Chemistry & Biology / Mathematics (PCB / PCM) and English
  • Intermediate examination in Science
  • 10+2 examination (academic stream) in Science, with PCB or PCM
  • Pre-degree examination
  • Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examination

Provided that there shall be reservation of seats for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes candidate in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Govt./ State Govt./ Union Territory administration as the case may be from time to time.

Eligibility for B. Pharmacy


First Year of Bachelor of Pharmacy (F. Y. B. Pharm.)

  • The candidate should be an Indian National
  • Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biotechnology or Biology and obtained at least marks (at least 40 marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together
  • Obtained Score in CET.

Direct Second Year Bachelor of Pharmacy (Direct S. Y. B. Pharm.)

  • The Candidate should be an Indian National
  • Passed Diploma Course in Pharmacy with at least 45 % marks (at least 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) from an All India Council for Technical Education or Pharmacy Council of India or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent.
  • Any other criterion declared by appropriate authority from time to time

Eligibility for M. Pharmacy:


  • The Candidate should be an Indian National
  • Passed Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from any All India Council for Technical Education or Pharmacy Council of India or Central or State Government approved institution, with at least 55% marks (at least 50% marks in case of SC or ST category and Persons with Disability Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only)
  • Obtained score in Graduates Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) conducted by All India Council for Technical Education
