Sandip Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences has conducted a pool campus drive of Macleods Pharmaceuticals was a resounding success. The active participation of 95 students from diverse backgrounds reflects the enthusiasm and interest among the young talent in the pharmaceutical and engineering sectors. The selection of 39 students, with 13 in R&D Analytical, 15 in QA and QC department , and 11 from diploma engineering, is a testament to the high caliber of students at SIPS and the other participating institutions.
This drive not only provided valuable career opportunities for the students but also strengthened the industry-academia collaboration. The institute looks forward to hosting more such events in the future, fostering a symbiotic relationship between educational institutions and industry.
Sandip Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences conducted a Pool campus drive of Med Plus, a comprehensive initiative aimed at integrating academia with the pharmaceutical sector. The drive, held on 21 st December 2023 gathered industry experts, academicians, and students to deliberate on the evolving landscape of pharmaceutical sciences and explore potential collaborations. The drive conducted with participation from 50 students representing diverse colleges, has laid a strong foundation for future collaborations.The subsequent interviews conducted by MedPlus HR and the selection of 10 students indicate the beginning of a promising partnership.
The event not only provided a platform for knowledge sharing but also laid the groundwork for sustained partnerships, benefiting students, faculty, and the pharmaceutical sector at large. This collaborative endeavor sets a precedent for future engagements, emphasizing the significance of synergy between academia and industry in driving innovation and advancements in pharmaceutical sciences. Following the MedPlus Drive, the HR team conducted interviews to identify talent for potential engagements. Ten students were selected based on criteria such as: Skill Sets, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Sandip Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences has successfully conducted a Lupin Diagnostic Limited campus drive on December 13, 2023. Following the presentation, a rigorous selection process ensued. It included multiple stages, like group discussions followed by personal interviews.
