Functions

Following are the functions of the Committee:

• To prevent gender discrimination and sexual harassment, by promoting gender equity awareness amongst all SIEM students and employees.
• Deal with cases of sexual harassment, in a time bound manner, aiming at ensuring support services to the victimized.
• Recommend appropriate disciplinary action against the responsible persons.
